Hi Margeaux. We went to school together at M.R. Weaver Elem in Natchitoches. I got the link to your blog from Allison and have reading pretty regularly, although this is my first comment. I just wanted to let you know that I understand how you feel about the obsession: I did my entire Master's body of work on the Female Athlete Triad. When I found another "real" person in my profession with the same interest, I got upset. He has been published in professional journals, so he might know a little bit more than I do (clinically), but he couldn't possibly understand how a woman feels about her body. For now, I just keep my research in storage...along with my own mental baggage. Keep up the good work. I'd love to see your show sometime. Happy Holidays.
