Festive Yogurt
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 teaspoon cherry or strawberry extract (or your favorite flavored extract)
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
Red food coloring
1 teaspoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together 1/4 teaspoon cherry or strawberry extract for every 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Add red food coloring until you reach your desired shade of red.
- Place in decorative bowls and drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
